OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients:
- 50ml Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- 3 lrg Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
- Orange Peel
Method:
Add sugar, bitter and ice to a Rocks glass and stir. Add rum and stir to blend together. Garnish with orange peel.
TREACLE

Ingredients:
- 60ml Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 2 lrg Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
- 15ml Cloudy apple juice or clear
Method:
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
REVOLVER

Ingredients:
- 45ml Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
- 15ml Coffee Liqueur
- 10 ml Sugar Syrup
- 2x dashes of orange bitters
Method:
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
SPICED MULE

Ingredients:
- 45ml Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
- 2x Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
- 2x squeeze of lime
- Top with Ginger beer
Method:
Add Diplomático and bitters to a highball glass. Fill with ice, top with Ginger Beer and squeeze in lime. Garnish with mint.
